8×10 Large Format

There’s something special about contact printing 8×10 negatives. The quality doesn’t show on a computer screen but the tonal transitions are quite beautiful and detailed. I’ve tried printing the above photograph but it doesn’t even come close. Unfortunately, it’s a lot of work. You have to develop the negative and then develop the contact print as well. It’s still well work the time.
